Any information you give us when signing up for our monthly newsletter or any other way that you may contact us is kept strictly confidential. At time of checkout, all of your credit card information (card number, personal billing info, etc.) is visible only to our credit card acceptor, either Stripe or PayPal, and not even by us. At no time will we share any of your information that you give to us with anyone...nope, no one. You have our word!
Our shopping cart is secure and fully encrypted to keep your information safe. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please shop with confidence and safety.
We offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail based on the weight of the order in the continental United States. If you live abroad, in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory, or have a special need such as overnight delivery, please email us to see what other options and costs may be available. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order! You are responsible for any shipping charges incurred for an incorrect address or returned package.
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Shipments will go out in 2-3 business days unless the order is large (i.e., over $75) or particularly customized, in which case, you will be notified of the shipping date. Fabric Countdown© Baskets take a bit longer since they are handcrafted after delivery. Please expect baskets to go out within 3-5 business days. Because all items are made-to-order, changes and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope that you are thrilled with all your products from Tailored Touches! But if something is "just not you," please drop us an email so that we may help with your return. We will accept returns on any unsatisfactory product if it is received back at our office within 15 days of your delivery date. Once received, we will issue you a website credit for the initial purchase price that may be used within 12 months of issue for another product(s) of your choosing. Please note that original shipping charges to you and return shipping costs are not included in your credit.
We use only the finest ingredients in our products that are all skin-safe; however, some people have sensitivities or allergies to certain ingredients or essential oils. We cannot be responsible for any individual reaction beyond our control. We recommend you do a skin test prior to using a new product. Information on our ingredients can be read here. Should you have a question about any of our ingredients, please contact us.
Folks with nut allergies may request the use of non-nut oils in those products that have Sweet Almond, Pistachio, and other nut oils. Please realize that depending on the product, substitutions may not be possible, but we will do our best to do so! Products using nut oils have been marked individually.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of our products, so let us know if you have an issue with an item you received. Please carefully check your package when it arrives. If possible, please take photos of any damages during shipment and let us know within 48 hours via email. With this information, we will be able to file a claim on your behalf and quickly correct any issues!
Due to the heat-sensitive nature of many of our products, please do not leave your package outside in hot temperatures. We are not responsible for items that may have melted or separated due to higher than room temperature.
